Who we are.
This website is operated by LeleKai, a festival in formation based in Europe. Contact: hello@lelekaifest.com.
What you may do.
- Read, share, and quote anything on this site for non-commercial purposes, with attribution
- Subscribe to the dispatch, unsubscribe whenever you like
- Write to us with ideas, questions, or to apply once submissions open
What you may not do.
- Scrape the site for training AI models without written permission
- Copy our visual identity (the stork mark, the typography lockup, the cream-and-gold palette) for your own commercial use
- Resubscribe addresses you do not own, or otherwise misuse the subscription form
- Pretend to be us in any official capacity
Content ownership.
Everything on this site — the writing, the photographs, the typography, the video, and the LeleKai mark — is the property of LeleKai unless explicitly credited otherwise. Quoting with attribution is welcome; wholesale republishing is not.
When kids submit films.
When the submissions program opens, students will retain all rights to their own work. LeleKai will receive a non-exclusive licence to screen and distribute submitted work in the context of the festival, its school network, and its public communications. The full submission terms will be published with the call for entries — they are not part of this notice.
The site is provided as is.
We do our best to keep the site online, up-to-date, and free of errors. If something is wrong, please tell us. We are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information here.

This site links to news articles and other festivals. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Disputes and law.
This notice and your use of the site are governed by French law. Disputes will be heard in France unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you a different forum.
Updates.
If we change these terms in any material way, we will email the dispatch list and post the change before it takes effect.
